The Pan Am Masters Games will be held in Cleveland in July.
The World Masters Athletics Championships are in Gothenburg, Sweden in August.
For cross country competitors, the great news that London, Ontario will be hosting the Canadian Cross Country Championships in 2024 and 2025. Masters cross country competition is in 5-year age groups. 30-69 run 8K and 70+ run 6K. There are also team competitions in 10-year age groups. Thames Athletics is putting together someteams.
